= сегментный обмен[лат. reciprocus — взаимный; лат. trans — через и locatio — размещение]тип хромосомной перестройки, при которой две хромосомы (гомологичные или негомологичные) обмениваются участками; возникновение Р.т. связано минимум с двумя разрывами хроматид; напр., при лимфоме Беркитта часто происходит Р.т. между хромосомами 8 и 14q32, в результате которой клеточный онкоген c-myc из хромосомы 8 перемещается на хромосому 14 и попадает в зону действия энхансера, регулирующего синтез тяжелых цепей иммуноглобулинов.Толковый биотехнологический словарь.
